9’ Mahogany Tender $2,500
Located in MA
9' Lowell's Mahogany Tender. Built in 1979. It has been garage stored for thirteen years. Center seat is missing. Comes with oars and rowing hardware. The bottom and garboards are sealed with epoxy, dramatically reducing maintenance and allowing “dry sailing” from a float, ship’s deck or trailer.
17' Lowell Atlantic Skiff
The Lowell Atlantic is an exquisite variation of the Lowell Boat Shop's (Amesbury, MA) Salisbury Point Rowing Skiff originally introduced for recreational use in the late 1860's. The Lowell Atlantic can be rowed by one person using the sliding seat and a pair of 9'9" sculls, or by one or two people from stationary seats using standard oars. Lapstrake wood construction, copper and bronze fastenings, epoxy sealed garboards and bottom, and Deks Olje bright work make this distinctive craft long lasting and easy to maintain.
The Lowell Atlantic is also equipped for sailing with sprit rig, dagger board and rudder. Includes sculls (rubber handles need replacing), 4 oars, "Onboard Rower II", spars, sail (sprit rigged), rigging, rudder, dagger board and cover (needs replacement).
Trailer included as well as optional homemade A-frame tent. Professionally painted 2008.

Built by Fred Tarbox. It is built out of mahogany, white oak, and planking is pine. Bottom plank is one inch white cedar. Trailer is sturdy, but ugly- needs a paint job. Boat is always stored in a garage after use. Comes with a custom made travel tarp. Boat is ready for the water. It has been out few times on Lake Huron this year. It does not need painting or anything. Boat is now located in Ontario Canada, close to London, ON.
